Step 1
Framing your support needs
An initial contact by telephone to identify the discomfort or pain you wish to work on and understand how we will treat it in session ( see number ).
Step 2
First session (45 min, allow 1 hour)
A first session at the office allows you to discover the practice and identify whether the hypnosis practiced is a suitable therapy for you. The session includes a guided hypnosis step and advice for self-hypnosis.
Step 3
Monitoring and independent practice
You extend the learning from the first session with regular independent practice and make another appointment if necessary ( see packages ).

The prices
Each session lasts between 45 min and 1 hour.
One-off support
Adults: €90 per session
Children (from 7 years old): €75 per session
Regular support ( from the second session)
3 session package for adults : €220
3-session package for children: €200
