hypnotope (s)

> Hypnosis as a tool to support well-being , and the technique used in particular, aims first and foremost at the most rapid, empowering and effective reduction possible of the manifestations of stress, fears or blockages that you feel.
> In a learning context, it is also a powerful tool for the development of cognitive abilities (concentration, memorization, learning), sporting abilities (mental preparation) and artistic abilities (creativity, inspiration).
What is developmental hypnosis?
It is a practice of concentration and orientation of attention based on inter and intra-personal communication which allows to activate the process of manufacturing new neural connections in pause before the session / when stopped in the default operating mode of our brain.
This technique is increasingly recommended in the treatment of a large number of psychosomatic and psychological disturbances (often partly linked to problems of apprehension, stress and anxiety).
It is also used by researchers, artists and athletes to promote the assimilation of knowledge and movements and to more easily access this place of intense connection to one's creative capacities that some call the flow, the zone or the oceanic feeling .
Our shared objective in the session
The goal of any session is to interrupt the often unconscious automatisms and vicious circles, the ruminations, the anxiety by removing what blocks your projection into a stimulating future, the improvement of your emotional state or your engagement in actions that are beneficial to you.
Thus, in the session, we do not seek the cause of the person's discomfort but rather the activation of perceptive changes which will allow them to work on their well-being, to restore their self-confidence, their capacity for action and their autonomy in the face of their situation.
> We work together towards a specific objective that we identify at the start of the session* (this could be an objective of developing emotional skills, improving physical sensations, personal development, preparing for an important competition, etc.).
> The joint work is organized based on your motivations and resources, while respecting your abilities on the day of the meeting.
> At the end of the session, you will learn to practice self-hypnosis independently to prolong the benefits of our work in the session.

NAMELY
*While the practice of hypnosis is increasingly studied and recognized as an aid to well-being, it can in no way replace the treatment prescribed by health professionals authorized to make a diagnosis: doctors, psychiatrists, speech therapists, etc.
**Similarly, cognitive training complements the amount of regular work, reasoning and acquisition of knowledge and know-how that is essential to any learning process.
